I was wondering weather to write this blog in spanish or english. Even though I know my spanish is better than my english, I wanted this space to reach readers from all over the world, simple people like me that only want to experience the different flavours from special places. And the most special place for me is my country Colombia. This is not a blog about Colombian gastronomy, or Colombian restaurants, I want to offer a full experience about my good taste in any city or country I visit.
What kind of readers I want to reach? Well people who travel to Colombia and want to taste all the wonderful flavors this country has to offer, Colombians that live outside of their country and want to know where to go to have a nice meal, people who don't know where to go to eat or simply anyone that wants to have a great gastronomical experience.
